My Order

Choosing Resources Item by Item

  1. If you are browsing the Resource Details of a particular item, click the Add to Order icon (above the resource description) to add this item to your order. You will receive a message to say the item has been added to your order.
  2. You can continue searching by selecting a new health topic in the left navigation or defining a new keyword search, and adding further items to your order as described.
  3. To see your order from the Resource Details pages, click on the View/Edit/Send Order icon or go directly to My Order in the top navigation.

Choosing Resources by Category

  1. If you are selecting resources by category (health topic), click the Add Selected Resources to Order button (above or under) the category list to add the ticked items to your order.
  2. Clicking this button will also display your accumulating order.

Editing Your Order

  1. At any point while you are searching, you can review and edit your order by returning to My Order.
  2. Use the Remove Item button to delete any item you no longer want to include.
  3. Use the Clear this Form button to cancel your order. (Remember that ordering is session-based: logging off will also cancel the order form.)

Completing Your Order

  1. Please make sure you enter the number of copies per item that you wish to receive and then click the Update button. (Note that some videos or DVDs may be limited to one per customer.)
  2. Select the region that you live in from the pull-down list to direct this order to your nearest Authorised Provider.
  3. You need to send your order before you log off. Details on the order form are not saved for a future session.

Giving Us Your Contact Details

  1. So that we can deliver your order successfully, you must fill in a minimum of mandatory address fields.
  2. Providing your email or contact phone details helps the Authorised Providers to contact you, when necessary, about your order.
  3. To help us get a better sense of how the resources are being used, we invite you to fill in the My Function field with a broad indication of your function, for example, health professional.

If you wish to ask about any aspect of your order, contact the Authorised Provider for the region you live in.

Please note that resources can be sent only to New Zealand addresses. Visitors to this site from outside New Zealand can view the resources online or download the PDF files.
